| The Division of Automotive Technology
provides an educational environment for students to acquire professional,
research, and technical skills necessary for success in the automotive
industry and other related industries. The faculty conduct applied research
in automotive fields and provide service to the community.

Careers in Automotive Technology
|
|
|
Students find employment in the automotive aftermarket
industry, automotive dealerships, and independent repair centers, as well as
with automotive manufacturers. Job titles include technical and customer
assistance specialists, field service engineers, corporate and public school
automotive instructors, technical writers, program developers, fleet service
managers, dealership service and parts managers, and field executives.
